You are liable for all damage that Ecostay suffers or will suffer as a result of this, including all costs that Ecostay had to make in connection with your booking and the cancellation. In any case, you owe a cancellation fee of 50% of the rent in the event of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the planned start date of the stay and equal to the total rent in the event of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the stay. Amounts already paid will be settled with the cancellation compensation to be paid and any compensation for other damage due. If nothing has been paid yet, the aforementioned amounts will be charged. The (advance) payment must be received by Ecostay within 14 days after the date of the invoice.
4. Changes
If, after making the booking, you wish to make changes to the booking, Ecostay is not obliged to comply with it. It is at the discretion of Ecostay whether, and to what extent, those changes are accepted. For changes up to a maximum of 2 weeks prior to arrival due to a booking already made, a change fee may be charged. These costs are not calculated if you book or change to a more expensive period or Ecostay. In principle, changes cannot be allowed within 2 weeks prior to arrival. In certain cases, deviations can be made. This is entirely at the discretion of Ecostay.
5. Cancellations
If canceled more than 4 weeks before the start of the stay, 0% of the rent is due.
Any prepayment made will be refunded.
If canceled between 2 weeks and 4 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the rent is due.

In the event of early termination of the stay, the total amount of the booking is due. The payment must be received by Ecostay within 14 days after the invoice date.
